HCBS In-Home Services, backed by Medicaid, offers a unique opportunity for disabled or elderly individuals to access health care within the comfort of their own home, under the guidance of our dedicated Agency (Holly Grove).

This service is specifically designed for Medicaid Participants who currently lack a caregiver. Holly Grove steps in by providing one of our compassionate and well-trained aides, ensuring you receive care in a familiar and welcoming environment.

Services provided through In-Home include the following: Personal Care, Advanced Personal Care, Medication Set-Up, Meal Preparation, Housekeeping, Range of Motion, Toileting Assistance, Companionship, Grooming, Mobility / Transferring, Bathing, Dressing, Grocery Shopping, And More!

Should a Medicaid participant wish to have a family member or friend provide personal care assistance, our Consumer Directed Services (CDS) program offers an alternative solution. More details on this program can be found here.
